Install the latest driver for your printer. Printers usually ship with
outdated drivers on the CD, try going to the printer's website and look to
see if there is an update.
While you are on the web, install the latest updates for Windows and
PowerPoint.
Once all those are all done, post back and let us know if the problem
persists.
