Power Point Presentation on web.

I've got a main powerpoint file which is linked to other
powerpoint files. When I run the show within the .ppt,
all the links are working perfectly. For our web page we
change the .ppt to a .pps but when the power point
presentation is opened all the slides could be viewed
except for the slides in portrait which are the ones that
are linked. When the link is clicked on, a message pops
up "file cannot be found".
Why when the main file is converted to a .pps the links
would stop functioning?
I also tried saving the other power point files to .pps
files and then opened the main file again but that still
did not work.
What should I do inother that the .pps file links will
function just as the links in the .ppt?
Thanks in advance for a speedy response.

When you renamed the file, did you re-create the link? If not, your
presentation is still looking for the ppt file, not the pps file.

If this doesn't solve the problem, read this entry from the PPT FAQ:
LINKS BREAK when I move presentation

Post back and let us all know how it goes!
