Power Point Movie

I have a .wmv file of sparkling water that I would like to have loop as the
background of a presentation. I went to the slide master, inserted the
movie, stretched it out to fill my background, set it to loop, then sent it
to the back. The problem is, now when I play it the text is covered! Is
there anyway to make this work?

Not in any of the current versions of PowerPoint. Movies are always on top.
