Power formula (square, qube, to the Nth, etc)

I am needing to calculate distance based on latitude and
longitude which requires me to calculate to the Nth power.
Excell has the "POWER" formula but I can't find the
formula to use in Access.

For most answers, it is much better to open a module and then invoke Help. I
did this and entered "Power" into the clippit bubble and found "^" amoung
the answers.
