What about deletions to these recommendations ?

You don't mention "Top Posting". You could point out to people who
are too lazy/inconsiderate to post properly that a number of readers
filter out posts by top posters. This means that fewer people will
read their posts and they could miss out on help that they might have
liked to get.

IMO the "What ware types is it okay to discuss ?" section should be
removed. A waste of space and encourages "non freeware" posting.
