Posting a topic and replying to topic.

I have joined a message board forum and can not post any
topic or reply.I have Win 2000 IE 6.0.2800.1106 SP1.
 
Perhaps the owner of the message board has you moderated since you are new.
Look for a FAQ for the forum, or send an email to the owner/moderator and
ask.
 
I have done all the above and still nothing.I even
unistall IE and reinstall IE.The moderater suggested I go
back to IE 5 but you can not do that.Thank you for your
help.
