Poster sized powerpoint slides

Using MS Office 2004 for the Macintosh, how do I create a poster sized
powerpoint slide? I will be using a posterboard at presentation and would
like it to be of one of my slides.

How do you plan to print it?

Do you have a poster board printer, or
will you be tiling the smaller pages onto the poster, or
Will you be sending it out to a professional printer?
