Here is what I'm trying to query in access:
I have a listing of postal codes from all the provinces in Canada and I want to find all the postal codes that do not correspond to their appropriate province.
IE) Ontario postal codes start with the letters K, L,M,N and P.
Here are my columns:
PROVINCE POSTAL CODES (i'll only put 1st letter)
Newfoundland A
Nova Scotia B
Prince Edward Island C
New Brunswick E
Quebec G,H,J
Ontario K,L,M,N,P
Manitoba R
Saskatchewan S
Alberta T
British Columbia V
NorthWest Territories X
Yukon Y
How would I create a Query in Design view that would find all the postal codes that do not correspond to the given province? IE) For Newfoundland, all the postal codes that do not start with letter A, etc. Anly clues?
