Post Sasser Problems

Since removing the above I now cannot gain access to the Symantec website to take advantage of my live updates. Has anyone experienced the same problem. Please assist. thanks

I'm a friend of Davids, the message he gets is 'page cannot be displayed'. any sugestions welcome
