How can I post date a word document? Every time I go to print the document, it updates to today's date. I want it to reflect the date when I will actually send this document (tomorrow)!

Your date is actual a Word Field. All you have to do is to simply highlight
the date to select it and type your new date. It will overwrite the field
code with your text (or date).

The date is changing because you inserted a field. There is no field
in Word that will show a future date, so you have to replace it with
plain text. Just type the date, and it won't ever change again!
