The data for such programs is the Post Office Address File (PAF), which
software providers must license from the Post Office. Hence there is no
free postcode lookup software, in fact it is all frighteningly expensive.

QuickAddress is one of the market leaders, www.qas.co.uk. Make sure you are
sitting down when you ask them the price.

You've already received replies to this in CDMA, could you please not
multi-post.

If you do have to post to more than one newsgroup you can cross-post
(include all the newsgroups semi-colon separated) but it's rare that you
would need to do this.
