Can you help?
I want to create a postcard, Avery #5389. When I go under
TOOLS/LETTERS&MAILINGS/ENVELOPES&LABELS I get the small
box to type in a label, and can't insert text I want. I
tried clicking on New Document in this section, and I can
insert the graphic and text I want but the post card
prints out 8.5x11" instead of 4x6".

Thanks.

Avery 4389 is not a 4 x 6 postcard but an 8.5 x 11 sheet containing two
postcards. When you click on New Document, you're seeing a whole sheet. To
see the outlines of the two postcards (which are set up as a table) be sure
you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines).

Avery 5389 is a standard label blank that sets two postcards on an 8.5" x
11" page.
The chances of you being able to print a single separated label are slim, as
you will not be able to set that custom paper size. The nearest you would be
able to manage would be to set up the margins on a standard paper size to
eliminate the parts of the paper that don't correspond to the size of the
postcard then treat the document not as a label but as a normal document..
