Possibly A Stupid Question

Just wanna know if it's possible to reverse the deleting
of moderate threats on this Anti-Spyware. I accidently
deleted some threats which were related to a much loved
program & I now cannot access the program anymore.
 
Deleted? Probably not. Quarantined? Possibly. Sounds like you may need to
reinstall that program.
 
If you are missing executable code, System Restore should help, if you are
on XP.
