I must point out this is purly for an excercise to help me get my head around routing. I have a 2K3 server connected along with 3 client to a router to share a DSL connection
The server does all DHcP DNS AD etc for the doamin, I wanted to know can I have the rras server use the DSL router as its gateway and the clients use the rras server as their gateway when all machines are EQUALLY connected to the DSL router /switch
I know this will increase traffic with requests going fro client to DSL router/swith then to the 2K3 server and back but it eans all traffic will go through the server whcih is what i want
Possible? there is oly !nic on the 2K3 machine
