Possible Virus?? HELP

I am in need of your help guys. I think I have some sort of virus on my laptop. I have run sasser and welchia symantec, nohing found, i have run avg and ad-aware, NOTHING that could be the MAIN virus.

I sometimes get the LSASS shutdown but have now patched my current problems are....My search facility and help and support facilities in xp do not even load, my user accounts do not load. Occasionally when online my I.E. goes to geocities.com/nubeee or similiar. My PC does tentd not to shut down properly.

I have lost all will to beat the virus....Tried everything I can think of. Also the virus does not let me go on certin sites such as symanted nor does it let me access system restore
