Possible to get several "mini" reports on one 8.5x11 sheet of paper?

I was thinking that I could easily replace my small address book that I
carry in my purse if I could get a report that comes out at a size that is
max. 2.75 x 4". However, it would be a real waste of paper to print one per
page so was hoping Access could fit more than one report on a sheet of
paper.

In fact, doing a quick mental review, I'd be willing to reduce each size of
mini-report so that 6 could fit on a printed page. I know that the font
size would be small, but for a carry-around address book that wouldn't
matter.

Can this "repeating" be done?

Most WIn2K or higher printer drivers offer the option to choose the number
of pages it will fit onto a single output page. If this functionality is not
sufficient then I like the ClickBooks app here:

Oh, what a clever idea. I'd never have thought of that. That way it
would be easier to set everything up. I'll have to try this out. Not
sure it'll do exactly what I need - i.e., when printing from office,
things like borders so that cutting out would be easy enough to do -
but I'll learn how that works.

I actually have one of those programs here at home so I guess
ultimately would just have to print out the small reports from home
since I couldn't install it at work.

Thanks! :blush:D
