Possible to fine tune a TV station? AIW 9800 pro

All my channels but channel 16 (Spike TV) are coming in clear. 16 comes in
fuzzy and the picture is split in two -- like it needs an adjustment to the
v-hold. Is there any way to fine tune the channel that it is picking up?
The station comes in clear on the regular TV set.

This is probably a channel that HAS to go through your cable box to get
unscrambled. Unfortunately, I think cable unscramblers are illegal to sell
in the US. Some Canadian websites may have 'em, however.

I hav3e a couple of channels that act the same way. NOT cable
scrambled needing a box but sure needing improvement. Lots of snow
static and fuzzy picture. OK on regular TV on same cable as my
computer. If someone comes up with a solution I would be happy also.
