Possible to change font on web pages?

New Dell Inspiron 600m 15.1"
long time xp user

fuzzy graphics on web pages
and the font used inside the graphic looks
incorrect (perhaps improper dithering)

clueless
can change fonts with no effect on
web page content

also during startup sequence
the Dell graphic looks fuzzy
as does the Windows graphic on startup


sorry for the all over the place question.

Visit the Dell support web site, enter your Dell Service Tag number, then search
for the latest drivers for your video adapter, download and install them. Make sure
you uninstall the current video adapter drivers before installing the new ones.

After installing and rebooting:

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties > Settings, change the Color
Quality to "Highest (32 bit), then adjust your Screen Resolution to your liking,
then click on Apply.

Also, download and install the new ClearType Tuner Powertoy:
