Possible to change colors 3d bar chart by point in Excel 2003?

I am trying to change each individual bars color in a 3d bar chart in Excel
2003 based on the data points in the series. Can this even be done in Excel
2003?

Hey Andy,

Thank you for your reply that way looks much easier than the way I solved
the problem using VBA code, but much appreciated for the response.
