possible diary from a form

I was wondering if the following was possible

use a form to enter data where the results are stored in a spreadsheet style
in date and time order - so creating a diary of events?

You may be better off creating a web calendar such as the one Google Offers.

I assume you're after something like that, otherwise can you be more
specific, or give any examples of other sites that have the same sort of
thing you're after?

I would more than likely take some skill to achieve, in
programming/scripting code in ASP, or have familiarity with the FP Database
wizards which can probably achieve in a very basic way, the concept you
need.
