positions of text boxes

Modify positions of all text boxes so that the edges are all exactly aligned
 
Hmmm. Not sure that would count as a detailed question.

Are you in a form? If so, go to design view and highlight the fields, then
Select the FORMAT menu and the ALIGN option, then select LEFT or RIGHT.
 
In design view, select the boxes you want to align. Then go to Format,
Align, and you can pick which way you want your text boxes to align.
 
Hold down the Shift key while selecting the text boxes. Click Format >
Align. Choose the alignment option you prefer.
