Portrait & Landscape on same report?

Hi,

This may be a silly question. I have 2 forms that the
user will fill out together every time. They then need to
print/email both pages together every time. I have set up
one report as portrait and one as landscape. I also have
the forms set up separately.

What I want to do is put both forms together with a tab
control and have them hit a button to print/email both. I
know how to do this for one at a time. But is there a way
that I can have the user fill out the 2 forms and hit one
button and print/email both the portrait and landscape
report at the same time?

Thanks!

Carrie:

You can't combine both portrait and landscape reports into a single report
as you may know. Access' SendObject method will only support outputting
one object at a time, so if you go that route you'd end up with two e-mails
(using snapshots or rtf files.)

On the other hand if you output your reports to PDF files, these can be
combined into a single file that can then be attached to an e-mail and sent
as one document containing both portrait and landscape elements. If you'd
like a way to do that, you might take a look at our PDF and Mail Library.
