Portion of dialog boxes not visible/accessible

When I am printing, using either an Epson driver or a new
hp driver I have installed, if I click on the Advanced
Options button, the dialog box opens, but more than half
of the page is not visible - so that I can't access
certain features or settings. I can't drag the box to
resize it, and there is no option for resetting the size
of a dialog box in Display in Control Panel. I contacted
Epson and they said to reset msconfig to "normal",
whatever that means, but this utility does not seem to be
available in 2000 anyway. Any suggestions? THanks
 
MSCONFIG is the Microsoft Configuration Program supplied
with Windows 98/ME & I think, XP.
The Normal that Epson talks about is the startup type
(normal/selective)

If it only happened since you installed the latest
software/driver then its an Epson problem

Furthermore, those Epson control panels are one big pain!!
