Seems so according to their homepage

But, according to their forums their is one German translation being done

German Translation
2005-11-01 04:45
Hi,
great work. I just created a German copy of Portable OpenOffice (with
German spellchecker, templates and clip-arts as I am providing in my
custom OOo distribution in Germany anyway). I am going to add a little
flash video how to use it (e.g. First Steps) in German and plan to offer
this for download. Do you mind, if I set up a new sf account? I think this
would be the easiest to do. I will offer forum based support via my
OpenOffice-CD.de homepage than. So you could offer a German translation
section on your site as well.
Regards
Marcus"

So their may be more on the way!

Gordon

And then I wonder... why ain't all software portable?...
Sometimes files can be very hard to find in "normal"-installed app's...

(The worst example I've seen is Firefox...:( )
