Hi,

The Portable Freeware Collection Volume 1 is available for download at:

http://www.portablefreeware.com/downloads.php

This is a collection of freeware that is suitable for running off a
memory stick or USB flash drive.

Due to bandwidth constraints, it is currently available for download via
BitTorrent only.

Please check it out and let me have your comments and feedback.

Thanks!

Hi,

That's strange. I was seeding on one machine and the tracker status
reflects that. I have just started seeding on another machine, and the
tracker status accurately reflects that there are now two seeders.

How about the rest? Any problems downloading the file?

Regards.

Same problem as reported by the signature bronski.
Just finished downloading Pricelessware CD, so I don't think the problem
is with me.
I'm using ABC. It's showing size 73,92MB, but nothing happens.

Thanks, in advance, for the offering.

Thanks! I have replied via private email to you.

Also, thanks to all who emailed me to suggest new apps to be added to
Volume 2. Keep them coming! I hope to release Volume 2 in a month's time
(and update Volume 1 as well).

Regards.

Hi,

we could host a full download file for you on our server. If we give
you ftp access- could you upload it?

P.S. by the way, our EssentialPIM also has a USB version.

Tried to download your torrent file zip file, but it must be corrupt
since neither ZipGenius nor PowerDesk nor WinRAR will open it.

What did you use to archive it with, and why does it have file
extension of .zip.zip?

can't you just rename it with .zip for the extension?

Also, since when is a torrent file big enough to need to be zipped
anyway?

Something's not right.

UltimateZip won't open it, either.
Stops at "Loading file list".

Hi,

I am using BlogTorrent, and for some reason it does not work well with
BitComet. But it definitely works with Azureus.

Hi,

Are you referring to the .torrent file, or the .zip file you downloaded
with a BT client. If it is the latter, what's its size and MD5 checksum?

Regards.

Hi,

BTW, from the tracker status, I know for sure some folks have managed to
download the ZIP package successfully. If you have done so, could you
drop me an email, and let me know which BT client you are using?

Looks like I need to look for something else besides BlogTorrent. Any
PHP BT tracker to recommend that works with BitComet and the likes?

Regards.
