Port 80 blocked after SP

Installing Service Pack on XP Pro, blocks port 80 - being accessed
from any other machine. When I take off the SP, the port behaves
normaly.

Can't I have my website running on a XP Pro on a home network with
Service Pack installed? I dont understand.

I figured out the issue!

The XP SP enables the firewall on the network connection. Just disable
the default firewall, and everything will be normal.
