Port 3389 blocked? Next Step?

Do I need to change this Port number in the registry on the Host, Client
or both?

Peter, thanks for you help. I've decided to toss in the towel on Remote
Desktop. I am using the free version of www.logmein.com and it's working
fine, so I don't really need remote desktop anymore.
