PORN POPUPS HELP PLEASE

Porn popup ads appear suddenly without promptin on my
screen without warning. I have no intention of looking at
porn and I have cleaned all of my cookies multiple times to
be sure. Also, I check for the Openme.exe file in my
registry and did not have that particular Trojan horse.
Please help.
