Popup windows

I have a site I created for my students. They want to have a competition to see who can get the highest score on a game that we play in class and have the initial and class period of the student on the web page

I would like to have the students click a hyperlink and have a little window popup with the information and a close / OK button

How would I do that? There won't be a picture on the page, just words

I am really new at FrontPage, so please excuse my Rookieness
