Popup warning

For the last two days I have been getting a 'popup' that warns "Visual C++
Runtime library has requested to terminate the application in an unusual
manner. (More than one app and more than one occasion. When I click on the
O.K. it does in fact shut down the open app. Can anyone help. Thanks

You may have some spyware and/or a virus.

Run your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs.
