PopUP screen during installation of \xp Home edition

During installation of XP Home a green screen appears
warning me a program is trying to write to a boot file
and offers me three options, Include, Continue, Exclude.
What do the options do or which do I select?
 
Your antivirus program is interfering with the installation. You need to
either disable it or uninstall the antivirus program, then do your upgrade
to XP. If perchance this is BIOS level antivirus and you are doing a clean
install, then Continue. But it's probably good to disable that in the BIOS
as well.
