Popup Messages

I want Popup messages to be display on all windows based
operating systems like WIn95/98/Xp/2k, Messages should be
popup only once when user swith on the machine.

We will be sending messages from Win2k server.
Message should popup only once when switched on the
desktop.
 
you should be able to configure a startup script to
achieve this. (sorry, using XP at the moment, so I can't
give step by step instructions at the moment)If I
remember correctly, the startup scripts are stored in AD
under "computers".Windows "help" can probably give you
the exact procedure unless someone else posts a more
comprehensive reply.
