Popup messages act weird.

If you dock your taskbar to the right side of the desktop
and set it to NOT autohide, then the popup messages "run"
along the right side of your desktop from bottom to top.
It's quite funny to watch them go by when you install new
software. :) I suspect the algorithm for determining
where to position the top of the message does not account
for the taskbar being anywhere but on the bottom of the
screen.

You are almost right--it does also work properly if the taskbar is at the
top, I'm told!

It happens if taskbar is docked to left side too. Autohide
state does not matter. Note that "gone with the wind"
notifications remains in memory even after closing application.
