Populating Table based on selection of one field

I have a form that uses a lookup table. i would like to populate the entire form based on the selection of one field. I want to populate the field based upon the Cart Asset field.
The other fields are
Location
WOW generation
WOW type
CPU Asset
Monitor Asset
Login ID
Host Name

I am hoping someone can help with this problem
