Populating multiple check boxes within form but clicking only one

I am putting a form together that uses many check boxes in it. I need to
find out what I need to do to make it so that when the form user checks a
specific box, let's say "CheckBox1" on page 1, other check boxes (CheckBox12,
Checkbox33, etc.) are automatically checked.
