Populate a "Hard Copy" form with information from a database

Hi

I need to populate a "Hard Copy" form with information from a database.

I can scan the form and import.

Is there a way to run a report and use the scanned file as say the
background or is there a better way.

You would have to make a report that puts the info in the right spots on the
scanned form, why not just add all the text and make the report look like
the form?

I will probably do as you suggested in re-creating the form, I was hoping
there may have been an easier way.
