This is the incomming mail server. Ask your ISP if you do not know which

What the hell is a POP3 server? I don't have these details, where can i
get them?

Ask your ISP - they will provide the server names for getting your mail
setup. Most ISPs post this information in their FAQs available from their
main page.

POP3 = Post Office Protocol 3.
SMTP = Simple Mail Transport Protocol.

For more information, use google.com to look up the detailed information
about these 2 transports.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
