If they don't have instructions for Windows Mail, use the Outlook Express one. ie, http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-08.html Note: if you have one of the free US Yahoo email accounts, you can't access the POP servers, you'll need to upgrade to the Plus! account.
