Check all your settings compared to those here: http://www.comcast.com/Customers/FAQ/FaqDetails.ashx?Id=2288 Tools>accounts. Especially the port numbers to use, points 10 to 14

Please select the error messages that you get>right click>copy, then right click>paste the unedited message to your reply here.
