POP3 settings

Set up Outlook using same settings Outlook 2000, but
email will not be sent. Used pop3.email.msn.com
 
I didn't think MSN used POP anymore - check with their tech support.
 
If you had an MSN POP account and haven't used MSN 8, I think the account is
left as POP (though I wouldn't swear to it). What happens when you try to
send mail - do you get an error?
