I CANNOT SEND OR RECIEVE MESSAGE FROM MY E MAIL POP 3 ACCOUNT KEEPS SAYING
IT HAS FAILED

Step 1. Turn caps lock off.
Step 2. Realise that there are no mind readers on this group
Step 3. Post the full message and code since the reason that there
are messages and codes are to help analyse the problem
