pop-upsand metscape

i have recently been inundated with alot of pop-ups
have pop-up killer but i'm getting more than it can handle.i use netscape
7.1 and blank page for opening page and it repeatedly keeps comimg up.i know
about pop-up killers, is there anything else i can do to reduce them?

first a lot of virus cause major amount of pop-ups to
occour. make sure that u have done a virus scan, also a
spyware scanner such as SpyBot.
