POP UP'S

I'm searching for a means to stop the pop up's. Does
WINDOWS XP Home Edition have the software for this task
or do I need to purchase a download?

Do not purchase anything. The people sending the pop'ups
are the same people trying to get you to pay them to stop
them. This amounts to blackmail. We need to complain to
microsoft so that they will issue a patch to solve this
problem.

brairin, there is no need for a patch as I stated earlier. This isn't a
security flaw that needs to be patched.

Greetings --

Why complain to Microsoft? They included a toll to block this
messenger service spam free of charge, built into the OS. Instead,
complain to whomever claims to have taught you to use your computer.
