Pop-up Window

Tom

Using FP 2003, I want to creat a "more info" link on my
webpages, that when clicked it opens a small window
containing whatever I want to write, i.e. price list,
shipping, etc. etc.

Can this be done in FP 2003 without using a third party
pop-up software?

Merry Christmas!

AFAIK no, but "Spawn" from www.jimcoaddins.com will do exactly what you
want, and very well too.

You can also do it in FP2003
Don't create a hyperlink, use Behaviors instead
Select the text to be linked, then Format Behaviors
In the Behaviors Task Pane select Insert Open Browser Window and enter your URL and the window size / features

Can this method be used for imagemaps as well? What I am trying to do is to
have hotspots on a US map and when clicked on a state, it should pop-up a
small window with some data relevant to that state. I know I can use the
target="_blank" but I need to control the size and other attributes of the
pop up screen like no scroll bar etc.

Thanks,

Russ
