POP-UP window from Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to open a popup window (through link) directly from my email
signature but can't control the popup window size. It is always opened at
full size no matter what I'm doing. What is the best way to call a popup
window directly from my
signature ?

If the "pop-up" window is "Internet Explorer", then the size is what
ever you left Internet Explorer set to when you closed it.
