Pop Up Receiving Phone Call (answer or ignore call)

I keep having this pop up on my computer, especially when
I am doing something important. It knocks off my
connection and then it has to redial even though I click
ignore call immediately. How do I get rid of this.
Believe me I have tried to do it myself, read my Windows
Xp for dummies, asked Jeeves, etc and cannot find out how
to get rid of it.

Put *70, or whatever your call-wait disable code is, before your ISPs
number.
