An application named NDIS User mode I/O Driver (file name ndisuio.sys) has
been blocked from accessing network. Any suggestions on how to remedy the
problem?

Please read the following,

and it not to be concerned about, it's a bluetooth driver, unless you didn't
install bluetooth drivers in your pc.

By the way, What's the problem?? I would assume if you installed Bluetooth
you want it to access the internet.
