When access is opened in office, it pops up a message box for yes, no,
cancel, but I forget what the message is about. Can Access have macro? so
when I open access, then it will pop up for request. and what will this
message be like?
Does anyone have any suggestions
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

One suggestion would be to provide specific information when posting a
question, including the version of the program. If you forget what the
message is about, open Access again and write it down. Saying that
something happened, but you can't remember what, but you would like to solve
it, is not a lot of information.

Access can have macros.

You may get pop-up messages depending on the security settings. In Access
2007 there is something called Trusted Locations that can prevent such
messages, but I don't know the details of how that works. In earlier
versions of Access the security settings may cause messages to be generated.
Avoiding these messages requires either digitally signed certficates, which
I do not understand very well, or that security settings be set to low. My
two cents: Medium security is in many ways the worst of all worlds. There
are messages, but most users cannot evaluate them, so they click through
them. Users tend to see so many messages in general that their objective
becomes to make them go away as quickly as is possible. I have looked over
users' shoulders as they duplicate a problem they are having. A message box
appears, but they click it to make it go away before there is a chance to
read it. When I ask they may tell me that it appears every time, but when I
ask what it says they do not know.
