pop up creitical error messages

I have run ad aware scans but continue to receive critical error messages.
See example below:
Windows has found CRITICAL SYSTEM ERRORS.
Download registry cleaner from: www.key32.com.

Any thoughts on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

What Service Pack do you have? SP1? SP2?

Is your firewall turned on?
