Pop up boxes

Everytime I run Norton SystemWorks or Outlook I get a pop
up box from Microsoft AntiSpyware informing that the
program I am running (Norton or Outlook) is acessing the
net. I went through all of Microsoft AntiSpywares
settings and disable all popups/notifications, but I
still get them.

Is Microsoft AntiSpyware suppose to do this, or is this a
bug? I really would like to get rid of them.
 
I don't think you should be blocking anything relating to Norton, since it
is vital that Norton Antivirus access the Internet for definitions.
 
Can you quote this popup precisely---and describe it. There must be a
number of other users of these programs here, and I haven't seen them
mentioning this behavior, which does sound annoying.
